This station received its initial LPFM construction permit in February of 2014, and it filed a license to cover in July of 2015, coming on the air with a general talk and variety music format.  As of August 2016 it's reported as having a gospel music format.

The station's license was cancelled in April 2020, likely due to failing to file a renewal notice in January 2020.
