History:
This station received its original construction permit in January of 2014 and was to transmit from a site one block behind the DeKalb Sportsmen Pawn Shop on US-11 in town.  The original call sign assigned was WGAF-LP, but this was changed to WFTP-LP (for ForT Payne) in May of 2014.  The station signed on from a new site on a hill overlooking Fort Payne, in December of 2014 with a religious preaching format.
