History:

This station was put on the air in the early 90's as an FM companion to WASG AM 550 in Atmore. The AM was country, the FM adult contemporary. This combo was one of the few facilities in the nation owned by Native Americans. The AM has since gone silent and the country format moved to FM. The station is in LMA with WBCA AM, Bay Minette.
