AM History Profile: WACQ

History:

Was a locally run AC with local news station. For a short while it simulcast WACQ-FM when it signed on, then for a few years went to satellite AC. After that, it ran for a while with news/talk/sports, most of it satellite fed. Since the city of Carrville is no longer incorporated, the city of license has changed to Tallasee. Also, the station switched to satellite fed oldies in February.
