History:
Original owner was J. Dige Bishop of Andalusia, who had a chain of stations in south Alabama. Has been on air since 1961 with the same call letters, though it's been through several owners. Primarily programmed to the suburbs on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay, though it's directional signal covers Mobile as well. A daytimer, it has, in addition to the above mentioned genres, aired adult-learning programming.
