History:
This facility dates back to an original construction permit issued in October of 2015 for a full Class A station, with a transmitter located near the Camp Hill community off US-280.  Due to delays in getting the station built-out in time, the owners had to downgrade it severely and relocate it to a site just off US-280 in Waverly, where a permit was issued for just 130 watts at 98 feet HAAT, just to get it on the air before the permit expired.  It signed on in mid-September 2018 with the company's "Kix" branding and Contemporary Country that's heard on a few other stations in the area.  Immediately after sign-on, the company filed for an upgrade to 930 watts from a site closer to Auburn, to better serve that growing city.
