History:
This station signed on in June 2008 as WTMQ, owned by "Spanish Cultural Education, Inc."  Around mid-December 2009 the station license was transferred to "Bethsaida House of Columbus".  The calls changed to WBOJ.  On 1 July 2015, the station's contemporary Christian format was moved to a translator/HD combo in Columbus.  That format is now heard on W299AX and WLTC-HD3.  In its place, the station began airing programming from Columbus State University.  Along with the programming change came new calls, WCUG, representing the University's mascot, the Cougars.

The station was taken off the air by Hurricane Michael, which hit the area on 10 October 2018.
